Century Gardens is planned across three distinct neighbourhoods, each with its own identity and target market: 

  • Century Gardens — A gated community designed for returning diaspora and retirees seeking a secure, amenity-rich environment in Jamaica 
  • Nightingale Village — Homes designed for healthcare professionals, in proximity to medical facilities and institutional employers 
  • The Groves at Lodge — A family-oriented neighbourhood for young professional households 

 

The masterplan also incorporates a retail and services area serving residents and the surrounding community. All neighbourhoods benefit from the estate’s established road network, natural landscape, and direct connectivity to Kingston via the Highway 2000 expressway.

Complete Circle Livestock Limited is the 100% landowner of Lodge Estate, a contiguous approximately 400-acre titled holding in Old Harbour, St. Catherine. The company is led by:

  • Richard Atherton — Executive Director, Projects Director & Company Secretary 

Lodge Estate is a contiguous, fully titled private landholding of approximately 400 acres in Old Harbour, St. Catherine. The Century Gardens residential development occupies approximately 95 acres of this holding. CCLL retains the underlying title across the entire estate, with each neighbourhood developed through its own dedicated SPV.
